Tender for the purchase of railway equipment organized by Romanian Railway Authority
We successfully assisted and represented a major Spanish company in a procurement dispute related to a EUR 300 million tender for the purchase of railway equipment. The contracting authority was the Romanian Railway Authority (Autoritatea pentru Reforma Feroviara. We secured the modification of the selection criteria pursuant to a successful claim brought before the CNSC. With our support, our client was able to comply with the set requirements for submitting an offer.
