We advised an international construction company during one of the largest public tender exercises in Romania on the construction of a gas pipeline. It was organized by TRANSGAZ SA. We supported our clients in the review of their contracts and risk assessment. We drafted requests for clarifications and provided general legal assistance on the Romanian regulatory framework.
