Due diligence for the acquisition of a large property located in the center of Bucharest
We assisted a real estate developer during the due diligence process in acquiring a large property located in the center of Bucharest. As a result of our work, our client acquired the land for the development of a high-stake residential and office development project. We assisted the client during with the drafting and negotiating of the Sale Purchase Agreement, and effectively assisted the client before various entities, inter alia banks, notary and public administration.
