Assistance to a large Spanish construction company in over 15 tender procedures in Romania
We assisted a large, Spanish construction company in over 15 tender procedures in Romania. These included highway construction, rehabilitation and extensions of sewage systems across Romania, large and medium sized water treatment plants, wastewater pump stations rehabilitation. Our work with the client included FIDIC-based vs. national standard contract analysis and risk assessments for each of the tenders, contract interpretation, and descriptions and explanations on the applicable regulatory framework, including on issues such as guarantees and insurance as well as procurement remedies.
