This piece of legislation replaced the application of the FIDIC based contracts and approved the long debated “National Contract”- or the general and particular conditions for public procurement or sectorial procurement contracts related to publicly funded investment objectives, including non-reimbursable and \/ or reimbursable funds, with estimated values equal or higher than the value threshold provided by Law no. 98\/2016 (currently RON 24,977,096).<\/p>\n
The Decision includes:<\/p>\n
(1) the conditions for contracts for the execution of works and
\n(2) the conditions for contracts which include both the design and the execution of works.<\/p>\n
